Our Equity & Impact Report 2023 Is Here!

At Spotify we’re committed to creating a more equitable and sustainable world for everyone and today we’re excited to share some of our progress with you, in our  2023 Equity & Impact Report, which you can read here.

In 2023, we made significant progress in identifying key levers to 1) reduce our climate impact; 2) cultivating an inclusion-first mindset in our organisation; and 3) our dedication to amplifying underrepresented creators is ongoing.

While we feel we’ve made some good progress, we also recognise that we’re just at the beginning of the journey. Soon, we hope to share more about our next steps – in the meantime, please do dive into our journey towards a more equitable and sustainable future.
